- Meets start at 6 PM sharp. Come early to register.
- Y- races: PeeWee and Bantam (12 years and younger).
- June 25, July 9 and July 23: runners must choose only one of 50 meter and 100   meter -- cannot run both.
- Field events may have to be cancelled if there are not enough officials to run   them.
- Shot put: bring your own implement.
- Showers and lockers not provided -- come ready to compete.
- COACHES: If you are bringing a large group, send email to:
   blanquist@sbcglobal.net we can make sure additional officials are present.
- Not interested in competing? Come help officiate.
